INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO SUBMIT A JOB:

All requests to submit a job, must included your name, company name, shipping address, phone number, tax number (if applicable), size of printed piece and quantity needed (delays in printing might result of one or more of the above information is not received).
Front and Back of document should be setup as two separate pages, do not create both sides in a single file or page.
Files must be setup at a minimum of 300dpi (resolution)
Files must be saved in only on CMYK format "NOT RGB format".
All artwork must have an 1/8 of an inch border around artwork.
Perfect Graphics accepts files from both Macintosh and Windows platforms.
Your files must be save as jpeg, pdf, tiff format.
Send your images as attachments to perfectgraphics@comcast.net
A representative will them contact you within 24 hours regarding your job.
Perfect Graphics is not responsable for any design errors committed on your part after submission of work.

CANCELLATION:

We process jobs as soon as they are received. If you need to cancel an order you have placed, ou must contact and speak to a Perfect Graphics representative. If we can cancel the job before it goes to print. We will be more than happy to cancel it, but if the job is already and scheduled for production, the client its responsible for the full payment.

NOTE: Because of limitations with the Gang-Run printing process, the differences in equipment, paper, and neighboring image ink requirements- the accuracy of color reproduction is not guaranteed. By placing an order with us you agree to this limitation.
We accept no responsibility for color variations between submitted files and the final printed piece. Under no circumstances will a reprint be honored for color variations that have occurred during the printing process.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

All graphic and print jobs requires a Deposit, Once a client approves ans signs the final proof, payments received are NON-REFUNDABLE. Acceptance of this sales aggrement constitutes evidence of clients satisfaction with services rendered and invoiced herein by Perfect Graphics. ATTENTION, If your print job is color critical a request for a Matchprint or other Color Proof must be submitted along with your job.

COLOR CRITICAL, should also be specified when submitting the job(s). Prices for print quantities of Color Critical job(s) vary from the prices advertised. Color Critical Jobs require a dedicated run and calibrated press rather than a Gang Run with other color jobs. Color Proofs are not included in our prices. If you submit a job and do not request a Color proof, you job(s) will be printed in a Gang Run, and the color will be subject to variation from the original artwork submitted.

Nevertheless the professionals at Perfect Graphics will make every effort to match the colors of your submitted art work and does not guarantee color accuracy and will not be liable for refund or other damages arising from color inaccuracies if job is nor deemed COLOR CRITICAL from the onset.
